Subject: Thank you!

I would like to take an opportunity to thank you for your faithfulness, and the obvious efforts to which you have put into serving God. I will leave this very brief, as I wanted merely to let you know that what you have done is very appreciated by me. I was once given a prophesy that God would use my paintings in various ways, after much reading of your site, I am seeing things with a whole new perspective.  Thank you, Sir, for everything.

My reply:

I believe that the Lord spoke to my heart earlier today (before I read your letter). Someone earlier this week wrote and asked, "What's the point?" I gave him an answer, but today, as I was showing my son an amazing photograph of the stars, he too said, "What's the point?" Then the Spirit said to my heart, "The point is that it glorifies Me!" Then I spoke to my wife and said that it is like a great painting; you take it to someone who then looks at it and tritely says, "So what!" They do not appreciate the effort and heart that went into the painting. So it is with the Lord's handiwork with the heavens, the codes, the numbers, or your paintings. Beauty for beauty sake only makes sense because God is Love---and where there is love, there is beauty. "He makes all things beautiful in its time."
